The Furniture Gallery cannot secure furniture during pickup. Customers are responsible for appropriately fastening and securing their purchases during the pickup process.

Will this fit in my vehicle?

The Furniture Gallery can provide customers with measurements so they can assess the dimensions of their vehicle and confirm that the item will fit comfortably.

The Furniture Gallery provides statewide delivery services, with scheduled visits to specific areas of the state on designated days.

What are your delivery fees? / Why do you charge for delivery?

The Furniture Gallery determines delivery pricing by the distance between the store and your zip code. We price our items as cash and carry so if you pick up, there isn’t a delivery charge built in! Additionally, our skilled delivery team guarantees the safe handling and placement of your items within your home. Will your delivery team move / remove my existing furniture / mattress?

The Furniture Gallery is unable to move or re-move any current furniture within your residence. We kindly request that all existing furniture be relocated safely prior to the arrival of your new purchase. We are pleased to offer suggestions for removal companies if needed. Moreover, The Furniture Gallery provides a paid service for the removal of existing mattresses.

Do you deliver on the weekends? / Do you deliver extra early / extra late?

Deliveries are not conducted on weekends. For special time arrangements, please consult your sales associate. While we do our best to accommodate such requests, it's important to note that not all requests can be accommodated.

Are your delivery drivers from out of state or in house?

Why was my product open when you delivered it?

The Furniture Gallery delivery team performs thorough inspections of all merchandise before delivery to ensure impeccable condition. If you prefer to keep your product in its original factory packaging, we are more than willing to accommodate your request. Please let us know 2 days prior to your delivery date.

How can I prepare for my delivery?

Please ensure that you clear a path both inside and outside your home by removing any potential obstacles. This includes, but is not limited to, existing furniture, personal items, pets, snow, ice, and debris.

Can you do better on the price?

The Furniture Gallery establishes pricing to ensure fairness and consistency for everyone. Additionally, we provide a hero discount to eligible individuals.

Do you price match?

The Furniture Gallery honors price matching with any local brick-and-mortar store. While we strive to maintain the most competitive prices, if you come across a lower price from a local source, please inform us, and we will gladly match it.

Is this on sale?

Every sale item is distinctly labeled with colorful tags within the showroom. All our discounted products are priced with a final digit of .88!

Do you have a clearance area?

The Furniture Gallery does not designate a specific section of the store for clearance or scratch and dent items. Instead, discounted items are identified with colorful tags that change in color according to the season. These items can be found throughout the showroom.

What discounts do you offer? Cash? Floor Model? Senior? Sets/Bulk?

The Furniture Gallery extends discounts to service members, first responders, law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics. This discount is applied as a fixed percentage off the highest priced item in your purchase. The Furniture Gallery does not provide discounts for cash payments, purchasing floor models, senior citizens, or for bundled/groups of items.

Do you have any upcoming sales? / When is this item going on sale?

The Furniture Gallery does hold sales throughout the year. The exact dates and items included in these sales are not known in advance of the sale's commencement. Do you offer financing?

We provide financing options through Synchrony Bank, including year-round 6 and 12-month plans. Additionally, we have special promotions at various times during the year that offer 18 and 36-month financing terms.

Do you offer lay-a-way?

The Furniture Gallery offers a lay-a-way program that allows you to divide your order’s total cost into a multiple payments. To begin, a 20% upfront deposit is mandatory. Additionally, payments are required every 30 days to facilitate the process.

What are the deposit requirements?

In most cases, a 20% down payment is mandatory for purchases. 100% payment is required on all MAVIN purchases.

What methods of payment do you accept?

The Furniture Gallery accepts various forms of payment, including cash, checks, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express). We also offer financing options through Synchrony Bank.

Are there color options?

The majority of our manufacturers do not offer custom fabric choices, but certain manufacturers and models do provide alternative color options. Please consult with one of our sales associates for specific questions.

How much does a specific item weigh? / What are the dimensions?

Is this assembled? How much is assembly only?

The Furniture Gallery does offer assembly services for items being picked up. We can arrange product assembly for pick-ups within a 48-hour timeframe. To get more information about the assembly service and its pricing, please consult one of our sales associates.

Is this scotch guarded? Is this sprayed with a protectant?

The Furniture Gallery does not provide Scotchguard treatment for products as this action may nullify manufacturers' warranties. The Furniture Gallery does offer an alternative protection plan that doesn't involve spraying. For more details, please visit the "Protection Plan" page.

Why do I need a mattress protector?

A mattress is a significant investment, and it's crucial to protect it. Spills and stains can harm the mattress and void the warranty. Mattress protectors can also reduce dust and allergen accumulation. If you experience allergies or sensitivities, using a mattress protector can serve as an effective means to shield yourself from potential allergens within your mattress. Purchasing a mattress protector not only safeguards your mattress but also contributes to your health and overall sense of well-being.

Do I need to rotate my mattress? How often do I need to rotate my mattress?

The Furniture Gallery suggests rotating your mattress at least once every three months. This practice offers several advantages, including prolonged support, even wear distribution, and a decreased likelihood of developing sags or dips.

Does this sectional come in a different configuration?

Does this come apart? / Do the backs come off this? / How does this come apart?

The ability to detach the backs of reclining furniture varies depending on the manufacturer and specific model. For more information, please consult a sales associate.

Does this come with the tools I need to assemble, or will I need to buy them?

When purchasing a factory-packaged product, the necessary tools are included in the packaging. If you're purchasing an already assembled piece, please note that no tools are provided with the product. However, if you require an Allen tool, we'd be delighted to supply one along with your purchase upon request.

Manufacturers’ warranties are non-transferrable. Montage protection plans are also non-transferable.

If, within seven days of purchasing in-stock furniture, you find yourself dissatisfied with your selection, you have the option to exchange it for an item of equal or greater value. How long does it take to order?

While we strive to prioritize all orders for swift processing, it's essential to recognize that production control rests solely with the factories, and the unique practices of each manufacturer also play a role.

How long can you hold an item? / My house isn’t ready yet, but I want to purchase it now, can you keep it until I am?

At The Furniture Gallery, you can reserve items by placing a 20% refundable deposit. However, orders without a deposit will be subject to cancellation. Upon securing a deposit, the item is reserved exclusively for you. Typically, the duration of the hold is limited to 30 days, unless specific arrangements have been prearranged and discussed on a case-by-case basis.

How can I check on my order?

Feel free to contact any of our stores during their operating hours to inquire about the status of your order. Having your order number readily available will facilitate quicker assistance. However, our dedicated sales associates make every effort to provide you with regular updates throughout the course of your order processing.
