DELIVERY SCHEDULING AND TIMING

During checkout, you'll have the option to choose from the earliest available delivery dates for your delivery area. From there, you can select the delivery date that suits you best.

Up to two days prior to the delivery date, you will be provided with a convenient 3-hour delivery time window, so you can plan your day accordingly. While specific times cannot be guaranteed, we will make every effort to accommodate your preferences to the best of our ability. Please be aware that factors such as traffic and weather conditions may occasionally affect the delivery schedule, causing potential delays. Our delivery drivers prioritize safety above all else and will always operate in a safe manner. While we strive for punctuality, we also understand that each delivery demands our full attention and care to ensure the proper handling of all items. Our primary goal is to take the necessary time required to execute deliveries correctly and safely.

  • Vehicle Clearance: Confirm your street and driveway can accommodate a 26-foot truck (clear of low hanging telephone wires, tree branches, and other obstructions).
  • Inside Path: Clear an inside path of any obstacles, including existing furniture, personal items, and pets.
  • Room Clearance: Clear the room where the new furniture will be placed to facilitate the delivery.
  • Footwear: Our delivery team must wear footwear at all times for safety. You can also lay down safe, slip-proof material for our team to walk on if you prefer.

For apartments, condos, senior living facilities, and similar residences, provide clear delivery instructions, including apartment and building numbers, designated entrances, gate codes, specific delivery hours, and elevator requirements. Your cooperation in these matters ensures a safe and hassle-free delivery process.

DIFFICULT AND INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES

Our delivery team's top priority is to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your furniture. In cases where they determine that the delivery may pose a risk of damage to your furniture or home, a release form will be presented to you. If you choose to proceed with the delivery under these circumstances, please be aware that you will be responsible for any resulting damages.

However, our delivery team will not complete a delivery that they deem unsafe or unsanitary in any situation. In such cases, delivery charges will not be refunded.

If items are refused upon delivery, do not fit, or are immediately returned with the delivery team, a store credit will be issued, minus the delivery fee.

Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery, provide the correct contact information, and avoid same-day cancellations to avoid incurring a redelivery fee.
