We can not say enough about the great service we recived through our buying process with The Furniture Gallery.
We came into the store looking for a new bed. Penny was very patient, and worked hard to find us the best fit for us, while working in our budget. Penny walked us through many options, and was above and beyond friendly while answering my many many questions. Penny also went way more than the extra mile, working with (Scott?) to find us a bed frame, even though they were out of stock, to make sure my husband was able to enjoy our new furniture before he left for a military tour.
The two young men who delivered and set up our new bed were also wonderful. When you think of delivery men, you don't often think of funny, polite men. The two men (both had red hair, I didn't get their names) were very efficient, and when I asked were more than happy to show me how to take the bed frame appart for future referance.
As a young couple buying furniture we didn't have the best experiances elsewhere, but I can tell you, we will be back to this store for years to come, because the service was outstanding!
